- Why did I named this template “Task Manager (On Steroid)”?
- The main feature of this Task Manager is an urgency-based score system, instead of a common deadline-based one. The score is calculated based on the energy required, the effort needed, and the relative impact that each task might take.
- One major benefit of this system instead of the common deadline-based task management is, this allows you to prioritize and focus your energy (for each day) based on what is actually important, not on when you need to finish a task.
- Aside from the common task management features, this one also includes:
- Handy automation button that helps to effortlessly reschedule all your overdue tasks in one click. This is the button you want to click when starting your day.
- Record of your team’s movement e.g., planned leave, business trip. This is always visible on your main dashboard so you are always up-to-date.
- Record of your contacts. You can also choose the assignee or person in charge for any of your tasks based on your contact if you wish.

- This is NOT your typical Task Manager. I tried several task management templates and often found something lacking or something that I didn’t really like about them.
